The rooms were great, especially because the heating actually worked! 🌡️ The hotel's location was convenient, just a short stroll away from a park right across the street.

Rooms are very outdated. Very poor quality and worn furnishings.

I was very nice - I travel to Brownwood couple times a week. Was staying at other pricier hotel in area - saw bugs crawling from sink few times. The room at this facility has beautiful courtyard & amazing staff & no bugs crawling from the drains / on walls etc. it's not the newest or fanciest place but it is by far my place of choice!!

Washer & dryers are broken & if your looking for breakfast the $ saved you can go across street to diner & have a great full breakfast!!

Nothing at all and I highly recommend to not stay at the Budget Inn located in Early/Brownwood Tx.

The service was very poor at the desk,The room was dark and very dirty also this facility has a roach infestation,$62 a night is way to much for these kind of conditions. I would expect more.

It was right in the begining of town.

I was giving a room with people already staying there also the pool was not clean.. My bed was not in good shape..

Had a great time in town, stayed at this spot but it was so quiet considering it's in the middle of everything. Our rooms were really nice, loved the heating system that actually worked and had a dresser to use. The staff here were awesome, super friendly and helpful 😊.

They availability and price for a room is very reasonable.

The hotel's location is very convenient, with several restaurants and stores nearby. It is located close to Brownwood, Howard Payne University, and other amenities. I enjoyed visiting Studebaker's Cafe & Grill for some pastries, which is just a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

Customers from restaurant were a bit noisy when I was trying to sleep.

Got a great deal for the night. The location felt safe, and the staff were super friendly 😊 Worried I might not sleep well, but the room was cozy and the bed was amazingly comfortable.

The website said newly remodeled but it wasn't. Rooms were dark and gloomy, even the tv wasn't up-to-date. The pool wasn't available and the hot tub wasn't working. The lady at the front desk wasn't very inviting either. We asked for extra towels and pillows but we're told they were locked up and we couldn't have any. I don't know why they would only give us 2 towels when the room was booked for 4 people.

It was the filthiest place we've ever stayed, if it wasnt because it was 3 a.m. and closeby we would have walked the couple extra miles to a place without a smelly room, stale fridge and drug using prostitutes outside being loud. Never again.
